We will give you a full refund with the same payment method you used during the purchase.
Items must be returned:
- clean, never worn (no perfumes or deodorants, no stains);
- equipped with internal and external labels;
- intact and not damaged;
If this is not the case, the return is invalidated.
Each item was checked and tested before sending, so any reported malfunction will be examined to verify that the defect was not caused by a third party.

The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer.

Download the form from the link below, complete it and insert it into the package before shipping.
Make sure you put all the pieces inside the package, and remember to separate the battery from the item.

Did you received an item you didn't order?
If you have received an item that you didn’t order you can contact us by e-mail at email@example.com.
If you have made a return, the refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of validation.
When we receive your return in stock we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Did you pay with Paypal?
You’ll receive the amount of items returned on the same PayPal account.
