Delivery & Payment
You can choose between Standard shippingand Express shipping:
Standard shipping (for free, 4-5 working days): 5 working days for the hand-made embroidery of the garment + 4-5 working days, from taking charge of the courier shipment.
Express shipping (€ 8, 1-2 working days): 5 working days for the hand-made embroidery of the garment + 1-2 working days, from taking charge of the courier shipment.
When your clothes are shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a confirmation email in which you’ll find a link to click on, to track the package.
Delivery will be between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm, from Monday to Friday. Delivery times may change depending on the area.
It’s not possible to change the delivery method from standard to express. You can select the "express shipping" mode only when the order is concluded and not later.
After completing your order, it will be processed for a maximum of two working days.
As soon as we start packing your garment, you’ll receive an email confirming the shipment with the delivery information.
Click on "Follow your order" to see all the details.
Don't worry if the traceability link is deactivated or incorrect, it will be activated within three working days and you’ll see the delivery date. Check this link so you can verify delivery attempts made and any courier problems in identifying your address.
After two failed delivery attempts your package will be left in storage for 10 days at the post office nearest the address indicated for shipping.
We remind you that couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact.
Items ordered in Italy can only be delivered to persons aged 18 or over, with an address in Italy. We do not ship to overseas territories (Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino and Vatican City).
In case of a worldwide order, you can contact us to make a request for the delivery.
Undeliverable parcels: After two unsuccessful delivery attempts your parcel will be left in storage for 10 days in the post office closest to the address indicated for shipment, after which it will be automatically returned to NLNM.
We advise you to check the link, which will be provided to you by email, to be updated in real time on every possible variation.
The couriers used by NLNM to ship (Italy only) are SDA and GLS. They are leading companies in Italy, with many years of experience.
NLNM has chosen to work with them for the excellence and reliability of their services.

The payment methods are made available directly by the system and we cannot modify them in any way.
If you need to receive an invoice, you can indicate it by following the instructions entering in the purchase data.
Remember that the data for issuing the invoice must coincide with those entered in the billing address.
Once in the "Payment" phase, click on PayPal.
If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your e-mail and password and confirm the payment.
SIf you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create a new one using your credit/prepaid card.
In this case, just select the type of card, fill in the necessary data and confirm the payment.
